  3. User: A user of the Mabin Web Application, including service providers.

  6. Terms: These Terms of Use and all associated policies.

2. Overview

  1. By accessing the App, you agree to these terms with Mabin.
  2. The Mabin Application enables users to arrange and schedule waste collection services with independent third-party service providers.
  3. We may amend these Terms and any linked information by posting amended terms on the Website without notice.
  4. Mabin facilitates the engagement between users and service providers but does not provide the services directly.

3. Profile and Account

  1. You must provide a valid email and phone number to create an account. By using the App, you confirm the accuracy of your personal details.
  2. You agree not to impersonate another person or entity while using the App.
  3. Accounts are for individual use only. Users are responsible for all actions taken with their account.
  4. Business names associated with accounts are still governed under these Terms as individual users.

4. Lawful Use of the App

  1. Users agree not to engage in unlawful activities while using the App.
  2. Users indemnify Mabin for any losses resulting from non-compliance with these terms.

5. Accuracy of Information

  1. By providing information to Mabin, users warrant its accuracy and agree to indemnify Mabin for any inaccuracies.

6. Nature of Relationship

  1. These Terms do not create a joint venture, partnership, or employer-employee relationship between Mabin and users.
  2. Users and service providers are independent contractors.

7. Use of Services

  1. User Accounts: Users must maintain accurate account information.
  2. Text Messaging: By creating an Account, you consent to receiving text messages from Mabin.
  3. Network Access and Devices: Users are responsible for data and device requirements.

8. Payments

  1. Users may incur charges for services accessed through the App.
  2. Mabin may charge commissions on service fees.

9. Taxes

  1. Users are responsible for applicable taxes under Zambian law.

10. License

  1. Mabin grants a limited, non-exclusive license for personal use of the App and related services.

11. Restrictions

  1. Users shall not remove, modify, or exploit the App beyond permitted use.

12. Mabin Reservation of Rights

  1. Mabin reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms.

13. Third Party Rights, Terms and Policies

  1. Users acknowledge third-party terms may apply when using the App.

14. Ownership

  1. Users agree to indemnify Mabin against claims arising from their use of the App.
